JW Studios Policies

These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for all clients.

Booking & Retainers

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date.
  • The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the session.
  • Session fees cover time, talent, and expertise and do not include products unless stated.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • One complimentary reschedule is allowed.
  • Cancellations forfeit the retainer.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may require a new retainer to rebook.

Weather Policy (Outdoor Sessions)

  • Weather is monitored closely for outdoor sessions.
  • If conditions are unsuitable, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • Final weather decisions are made by JW Photography in the interest of safety and image quality.

Session Day Expectations

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.
  • Cooperation and respectful behavior are expected at all times.

Image Delivery & Turnaround

  • Edited galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks unless otherwise stated.
  • Turnaround times may vary during peak seasons.

Image Selection & Products

  • Product and image quantities are determined by the selected collection.
  • Additional images and products are available for purchase.
  • All images remain the copyright of JW Photography.

Usage Rights

  • Clients receive a personal print release for purchased digital images.
  • Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Privacy & Respect

  • Client privacy is respected at all times.
  • Images are never shared without explicit permission.

Agreement

Booking a session indicates agreement with these policies.
