JW Studios Policies
These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for all clients.
Booking & Retainers
- A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date.
- The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the session.
- Session fees cover time, talent, and expertise and do not include products unless stated.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- One complimentary reschedule is allowed.
- Cancellations forfeit the retainer.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations may require a new retainer to rebook.
Weather Policy (Outdoor Sessions)
- Weather is monitored closely for outdoor sessions.
- If conditions are unsuitable, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
- Final weather decisions are made by JW Photography in the interest of safety and image quality.
Session Day Expectations
- Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.
- Cooperation and respectful behavior are expected at all times.
Image Delivery & Turnaround
- Edited galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks unless otherwise stated.
- Turnaround times may vary during peak seasons.
Image Selection & Products
- Product and image quantities are determined by the selected collection.
- Additional images and products are available for purchase.
- All images remain the copyright of JW Photography.
Usage Rights
- Clients receive a personal print release for purchased digital images.
- Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Privacy & Respect
- Client privacy is respected at all times.
- Images are never shared without explicit permission.
Agreement
Booking a session indicates agreement with these policies.
